Nortel (NASDAQ: NT) going the Marconi way

Current Market Capital of Nortel is around $135 Million, and there are rumors that Huawei is bidding for Nortel Methro Ethernet Networks Unit.
Assuming these rumors are true, I do expect Nortel to sell Business Units while trying to stay afloat; the question is: “Can they recover ?”.
I believe Nortel as we know it will cease to exist in a few months.
