Contact with Google support – Achieved.

Now, what? Waiting.
2 days later, still no response. No replacement schedule, no “please wait”.
Another email, another phone call. Still, no information. Asked Google support NOT to replace my device, but to return it. I guess it is easier to return, isn’t it?
Now, what? waiting.

Finally!!! a response came.

But, still no information. I need to wait again?
No way. I want to return the device.
Another email, and there it is, the coveted RMA letter.

Nexus 7 is going back.
