Received an email from Yahoo about the Breach proposed settlement .
Had an account between 2012 to 2016 – Yep
But! reading further down found that only residents of Israel and the United States are eligible.
I am an Israeli citizen, but I did not live in Israel during this time period.
So, am I eligible or not? Why only Israel and US? Weren’t people in other countries affected as well ?
