Volatility and uncertainty are scary.<\/p>\n<p>What I fail to understand is <a href=\"https:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/quote\/CRAY\/analysts?p=CRAY\">analysts opinion that still rate the stock between Buy to Strong Buy (Closer to Buy)<\/a>.
