{"id":372,"date":"2009-01-10T06:19:52","date_gmt":"2009-01-10T13:19:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.telyas.com\/wordpress\/?p=372"},"modified":"2009-01-10T06:19:52","modified_gmt":"2009-01-10T13:19:52","slug":"betterplace-in-the-crunchies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.telyas.com\/wordpress\/2009\/01\/10\/betterplace-in-the-crunchies\/","title":{"rendered":"Betterplace in the Crunchies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Techcrunch held their annual <a href=\"http:\/\/www.techcrunch.com\/2009\/01\/10\/congratulations-to-the-crunchies-winners-facebook-takes-top-prize-for-second-year\/\">Cruncies<\/a> award last night.<\/p>\n<p>The mostly Israeli <a href=\"http:\/\/www.betterplace.com\/\">Betterplace<\/a> was nominated in two categories: &#8220;Most likely to make the world a better place&#8221; and &#8220;Best Clean Tech Startup&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, Betterplace didn&#8217;t win any of the categories, the best they could get was a &#8220;runner up&#8221; for the &#8220;Best Clean Tech&#8221;. Not bad, but better luck next year.<\/p>\n<p>By the waym the winners were:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.projectfrog.com\/\">Projectfrog<\/a> &#8211; Builder of Green Buildings won the &#8220;Best Clean Tech&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.goodguide.com\/\">Goodguide<\/a> &#8211; Provide ratings for Save, health, Green products won the &#8220;Most likely to make the world a better place&#8221;. I voted for <a href=\"http:\/\/kiva.org\">Kiva<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Techcrunch held their annual Cruncies award last night.
