   I’m a JET living in Hokkaido and I’m interested in hooking up to WiMax. I can’t find any English speakers to discuss the service with. Would you be able to help me out? Much appreciated if you know the answer to these questions:

   Does UQ WiMax work (almost) anywhere in populated areas? I Live in Otaru-shi. How does coverage actually work?
   Can I expect anywhere near the advertised speed of 40mbit?
   Does UQ throttle P2P and download sites?

   Any wisdom you have is highly appreciated 🙂
